We spent three days in Paris. We stayed in the famous (or rather infamous) Pigalle district, but had no trouble :) In any case, we were close to the even more famous Moulin Rouge cabaret, so it was natural to see a show there. I didn't want to at first, but Mom convinced me, and I don't regret now that I appreciate more just how famous the place is. The show was good, too :) We walked around the Montmartre district, and climbed the spiral staircase to the top of the Sacré-Cœur Cathedral, which my Mom still recalls with horror, but the view was rewarding. Of course, I also had to go up the Eiffel Tower (Mom did not go with me, don't quite remember why). I only took one picture from one of the lower levels, though, as my camera malfunctioned. We also visited two most famous art museums, the Louvre and the Musée d'Orsay. I also went to Versailles to see the famous palace, which Mom visited during her previous stay in Paris.
